Let’s face it: getting old is not for the faint of heart.
Activities that were once effortless now mandate a warm-up and cool-down. Regardless of all the stretching you do, you might wake up with aches and pains the next day.
I love this comedian’s bit on “Old Man Noises”. Humor is a great coping technique for aging.
And it is okay to have worries or insecurities about aging. It is important to acknowledge them in order to address them and resolve them.
