Have you been stretched to an unrecognizable version of yourself? Time to flex the courage muscles. We work together for six months, two 50-minute sessions each month. In between our meetings, we will explore your primary and secondary nutrition, learn about goal setting, set realistic goals, and gain education and support towards your goals as you get to a better feeling place.

You are too cool for school! This package has half the coaching sessions of the Stretch Armstrong package and no curriculum, so no one will see you carrying books home to study. From Bel Air to West Philadelphia the 7 coaching sessions over a 3 month period will help you keep your popular kid reputation and achieve your short-term health goals.

Midlife

Midlife Crisis is a term coined by Eliott Jaques, a psychoanalyst. His research from the late 1950’s and early 1960’s identified that, around forty years of age, there is a subconscious shift in thinking which may question our purpose or change our approach to life. This is mostly in part to the realization that our youth is escaping us, death is possible, and that we may be closer to death than birth. 

Many times at this phase in life, men fall into one of these scenarios:

  • Your family is your focus and you made several sacrifices during the first part of adulthood to be the provider.
  • You have scarified self-care to get ahead in your career.
  • You are ready to start sharing your life with someone.
  • You are in the process of healing after a separation or loss.  
  • Your partnership has been strained by your daily routine. You are ready to be more present with your partner and rekindle the romance.

If any of these scenarios resonate with you, then health coaching is a great resource for helping you get clear on your goals and receive accountability while pursuing these goals. Midlife doesn’t have to be a crisis.
