Whole You Through Whole Foods Retreat
It is open to all adults who wish to get to a better feeling place with their health. It will be a weekend full of cooking, eating, enjoying the fresh mountain air and learning. We will learn about the nutritional value of food, food sources, how to incorporate whole foods into your meal plan, and self-care to enhance your eating experience.
