Ready to rid your body of the winter insulation?

Much like the bears here in Colorado, I too put on some “insulation” during the winter months. I find it helpful because my blood hasn’t thickened to this cooler climate; regardless, I don’t notice it too much unless I put on form-fitting clothes. 

What is a natural adaptation in the colder environment didn’t suit me this morning when I slipped, no, struggled into my wetsuit before my first dive of the year. No harm, no foul, but it is a sign that it is time to help my body transition into summer.
