Surgery vs Food…

Does it have to be either/ or?

Okay gentlemen, help me understand this: I heard 11 different advertisements for Erectile Dysfunction solutions over a span of 3 commercial breaks!

This one local radio station had 11 ED ads within three commercial breaks!?! Let’s put this in perspective: The average commercial break is 3.5 minutes and the average advertisement is 30-60 seconds. You can have anywhere from three to seven advertisements within a break and up to three commercial breaks each hour.

I heard 11, yes, 11 distinct advertisements offering a cure for Erectile Dysfunction. That is about 75% of the ads are devoted to this perceived problem. (Notice I used the word “perceived”…we will address this in future postings!)

Surgery, pharmaceuticals, sound wave therapy…there were endless solutions, but not one proactive solution. No one questioned lifestyle choices or offered free solutions that the individual has control over; only invasive, reactive procedures.

Now, I am not dissing modern medicine; I am simply imploring that men look at ways they can complement these interventions and possibly avoid the perceived problem altogether.

An anti-inflammatory diet will promote circulation and not only is it quite easy to implement, but it can also be delicious to eat this way. I’d be happy to discuss recipes or do a free consultation to see if you want more structure to your daily intake.
