Happy Friday Wing Woman Crew! Did you revise your health challenge action step? If so, how’s it going? Keep performing your action step daily and continue to collect data on all the what, when, who, where, and how of it. It is not essential to know the why behind our actions but it sure helps a curious soul like me who can course-correct better if I have some clue 🙂 Next week we are going to dive a little deeper with our Health Challenge.
