Week 2: Lights, Camera, Action!
Welcome to Week 2 of the Holiday Health Challenge! Last week we identified where we struggled most to stay healthy during the holiday season. Then we explored ways to be proactive against the triggers that can lead us to unhealthy choices during this time of year. You committed to one small action step to a healthier you. This week, we get to try it on for size and start creating that muscle memory so that avoiding the pitfalls becomes easier and easier. Get out there and implement that action step.
