Day 7: Rest and Reflect

Happy Sunday! Hopefully, you were able to get a little chill time and think about what’s in store for the week. Meditation is a wonderful way to get your vision aligned with your actions. Meditation is user-friendly because comes in all forms. Mandalas, yoga, music, walks, etc.: all are ways to turn inward and get clear on what you really, really want. This week, I want you to try to start the day quiet time to reflect on your action step. Set a timer, even if it is for 1 minute, and meditate on your goal. Visualize the outcome you desire, break it down play-by-play. Capture the image in your head of you having victory with the action step you are taking. Try to repeat this each day this week.
