Day 6: Are you ready?
You rocked the Holiday Health Challenge this week! You identified where the holidays can turn unhealthy, you envisioned what the ideal holidays could look like, and you figured out what you can do to get to that ideal scenario. Now that you have chosen the one action step and have it on your calendar, it’s time to make sure everything is in place to take action. Think of it as packing for a trip. Once you have done the prep work, it’s time to let it go for the day. Go enjoy your weekend. We will take a pause tomorrow to reflect and get in the right mind frame for week 2. 🙂
