Day Four: Choose Wisely

Holiday Health Challenge is back, building upon the previous days to help you create a healthy, happy holiday season. Yesterday I asked you to brainstorm action steps towards an ideal healthy holiday. Remember: this is an action only you can control. Now that you have identified a few ideas, let’s decide the best course of action. More times than not, the best action is the simplest action. The simplest action may not be the easiest. However, we are starting off small so don’t worry! Today I want you to pick one little action that you can do with minimal effort. Commit to one slight change you are doing this holiday season. Example: “I commit to using the smaller-sized salad plate during my meals to keep me mindful of portion control.” Post your decision below.
